Two days of sharing experiences, exchange of good practices, foster mutual learning and promote discussion on common challenges encountered when working on gender-based violence against Roma women. The event was organized by the OSF in cooperation with the SURT Foundation in Budapest 23-24.05.2017.

The event had gathered Roma female activists and female (one male) activist from Serbia, Greece, Albania, Macedonia, Slovak Republic, Hungary and Spain. During the activity Roma women for the first time had presented jointly needs and difficulties in breaking norms and problems of integration of Roma women victims of violence and negative practices, at the same time introducing each other with situation in the each individual country, working methods of other organizations and services and models for supporting Roma women victims of gender based violence.
